THEIR STORY

Gilbert from Doctor Schwab came to us with a clear focus: improve their website and increase their Average Order Value (AOV). While their conversion rate wasn’t necessarily low, they felt it didn’t reflect the brand’s full potential. They wanted to be perceived as a clean, organic, and professional skincare brand, but their website wasn’t communicating that effectively.

Additionally, they had a wide range of excellent products that weren’t getting the visibility or messaging they deserved.

OUR STRATEGY

Our first month was fully dedicated to rebuilding the website, which we knew would be the foundation for strong campaign performance. Because of this, we extended the contract by an extra month to give the site the attention it needed.

We worked together to create a new Shopify site using a different theme that brought their brand to life, resulting in a 150%+ increase in conversion rate, effectively more than doubling it. We also implemented high-performing bundles to drive AOV, which grew by 19% after launch.

For the campaigns, we built a full-funnel strategy, whereas for TOF we focused on top-tier hero products like their cleanser and sunscreen to attract new traffic. And for MOF we highlighted customized bundles and skin-type-specific kits to increase engagement and drive higher-value conversions.

Now, with a strong foundation in place, we’re scaling with confidence. Next step: reach their first $20K in sales and keep leadership in the clean skincare space
