THEIR STORY
Visor Versa was acquired by Meg 4 years ago, driven by her passion for pickleball and her desire to build something different in the sports and lifestyle space. When the opportunity to purchase the brand appeared, she knew it was the right move.
At the time, the business was operating on an outdated WordPress website that wasn’t built for performance or scale. As the brand evolved, it became clear that a stronger eCommerce foundation was needed to unlock real growth.
In January 2025, Visor Versa officially transitioned to Shopify, marking a major turning point. The goal was clear: turn a functional product into a scalable direct-to-consumer brand with consistent online sales and a stronger connection to its end customer
OUR STRATEGY
We built Visor Versa’s strategy with a clear, phased approach. Starting narrow, then expanding intentionally.
We began by targeting core golf players, speaking directly to their needs and pain points. Once performance stabilized and results proved strong, we expanded into golf apparel brands, fashion accessory interests, and sun protection audiences, while supporting growth with MOF campaigns and Advantage+ to capture demand at scale.
Creatives were 100% video, always speaking directly to the end consumer and clearly showcasing the product’s usability. Instead of vague lifestyle messaging, we focused on education and clarity, proactively answering common buyer questions before they were asked.
For example, how do you attach the bands to the visor? How does it fit? How versatile is it?
Because Visor Versa is a lower-ticket product, increasing volume alone wasn’t enough. We implemented bundle strategies and continuously tested offers to increase AOV, ensuring the brand could scale profitably.
