THEIR STORY

UB2 came to us feeling frustrated with their revenue, especially after the disappointing results from the post-Black Friday and Christmas period. Despite their efforts, they didn’t achieve the sales they had hoped for. On top of that, they were concerned about the fluctuation in income from the beginning to the end of the year. Their goal was clear: to reach their first $10K in revenue and establish themselves as a prominent brand in the children's market.

OUR STRATEGY

In the beginning, we faced challenges because the children's market is highly competitive. Additionally, their products were not inexpensive and were relatively new to the market, making it harder to gain traction. We needed to run numerous TOF (Top of Funnel) campaigns to better understand the ideal audience and test various creatives to identify what worked best.

Through trial and error, we found that video ads featuring children in their daily lives, especially enjoying leisure time with hats, performed the best. The top-performing audiences were Lookalike Audiences (LLA) of previous buyers and people who visited their WhatsApp page.

By refining our targeting and creatives, we successfully reached the goal of $10K in revenue.

Next Goal: Maintaining a stable revenue at or above $10K, while continuing to scale and grow the brand.
