THEIR STORY
The founder of a premium Kid Bamboo Pyjamas brand came to us with a big goal — scaling to $30K/month so she could quit her full-time job. But her path wasn’t easy: after trying to run ads herself (which led to an account restriction), she hired an agency to take over. Unfortunately, the agency wasn’t a specialist in her niche and was running her ads from their platform, limiting her transparency and control.
Frustrated and unsure of what was working, she reached out to us. During our first call, she was initially deflated when I explained the DWY process, as she didn’t feel equipped to handle it due to her full-time job and past experience. However, after we examined the gaps in her current strategy, she and her husband decided they wanted to move forward together and learn, with our guidance.
OUR STRATEGY
Given her situation, we started fresh:
-We set up a new Business Manager and ad account to ensure a solid foundation and proper ownership of her data and assets.
-We crafted a full-funnel strategy: TOF campaigns to introduce the brand and collections to new audiences, MOF campaigns to re-engage interested shoppers, and BOF campaigns to convert warm leads.
-Knowing her products are highly visual and seasonal, we leaned heavily into seasonal campaigns, promoting different collections and prints, with a major push around events like the 4th of July.
