THEIR STORY

Five years ago, Nikki founded Endless Florals when competition in the flower-preservation space was minimal. At that time, demand came naturally—no structured marketing was needed.

As the market matured, competitors flooded the space. Endless Florals began struggling with declining visibility, low social media engagement, and follower growth, difficulty standing out in an increasingly crowded niche

Their goal became clear: establish Endless Florals as the premier flower-preservation company in California.

In 2025, Nikki brought her brother Chase into the business to lead marketing and financial strategy. In May, they decided to migrate to Shopify, and June–July were dedicated to transitioning active clients to the new platform; temporarily inflating on-site numbers without reflecting true growth.

They enrolled in our Meta Ads coaching program in June to build a scalable and predictable customer acquisition system

OUR STRATEGY

We designed a market-domination roadmap, not a broad awareness play.

To achieve this, we started narrow, focusing exclusively on California to build density and brand authority before scaling.

As a result, this immediately created stable ROAS and consistent lead flow.

Once performance was validated, we expanded targeting across the U.S. using layered “must-match” audiences.

This preserved intent while widening its reach, allowing for scale without losing efficiency.

The messaging centered on a powerful emotional insight: Brides don’t have to throw their bouquet away; they can preserve it as a lifelong keepsake of one of the most meaningful days of their lives.

This clarity of value resonated deeply with newlyweds and required no complex production, just strong storytelling and positioning.
